Opening hours

The Waldhaus is generally open 7 days a week. Below are the opening hours of the individual areas of the house.

Boutique Hotel

The Boutique Hotel Waldhaus is open 7 days a week, the reception is staffed 24 hours a day.

Restaurant

The Waldhaus restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday from 11:30 to 23:00 and on Sunday from 11:30 to 22:00. Please note our service times for the lunch menu: we are happy to serve dishes from the lunch menu from 11:30 to 14:00. The specials menu is available from 18:00 to 21:00 (last order). The restaurant closes around 23.00.

Bar & Veranda

The bar and the veranda are open daily from 7:00 to 23:00.

Buvette

The Buvette is open from March - September as follows:

From Monday to Thursday from 11:00 to 21:00
On Friday from 11:00 to 22:00
On saturday from 10:00 to 22:00 pm
On Sunday from 10:00 to 21:00

Special opening hours

The Waldhaus is closed during the Basel Carnival and over Christmas as follows:
